The request form does not take a card. The desk confirms the plan before any invoice.

What every plan includes

Account cards, seat counts, renewal dates, a usage line, and a draft a manager can send. POST /v1/usage writes the count and leaves gaps blank. House adds a weekday phone desk and an export of renewals that were actually sent. Volume adds a setup week in Pacific time.

What changes the price

Passing the seat, account, or event count on Desk or House is a conversation. Volume is priced from the retainer accounts you name. A setup fee, if the quote has one, is separate from the monthly amount.
