The unpaid start

The first 30 days are not invoiced. Stopping in that window does not create a refund, because no fee was collected. Email [email protected] so the first invoice is not sent.

The first paid charge

After the first paid invoice, you may ask for that charge back within 12 calendar days of the charge date. Calendar days include weekends. Email [email protected] with the company name, the plan, and the charge date. A qualifying return goes to the original payment method.

Later months

A monthly charge after the first one is not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next invoice. Time already paid is not prorated.

Volume quotes

A Volume setup fee, if the quote includes one, can be returned only when the setup week has not started. Once the Los Angeles desk has begun that week, the setup fee stays billed. A paid monthly Volume amount follows the first-charge and later-month rules above.
