Privacy policy

Last updated October 21, 2026. This policy covers thevacationing.com, published by Vacation, LLC in Los Angeles.

1. Information you give us

An account request collects your name, work email, and company. The contact form also collects which retainer accounts you want loaded. An order form adds a phone number. Sign-in asks for a work email and shows a confirmation in the browser. No password is collected.

Seat counts, renewal dates, and usage you later store are used to draft the renewal note. We do not invent a count for a day the feed skipped.

2. Information collected automatically

The host may log an IP address, a browser type, and the requested path for operations and abuse review. Analytics and advertising tags stay off until you allow them.

3. How we use information

We use form details to answer you and to discuss Desk, House, or Volume. We use account content to draft the renewal a manager may send. We do not sell that content, and we do not use your customers’ usage to train a model other companies can call.

4. Sharing

FormSubmit delivers the form to [email protected]. A hosting provider stores the site and, if you open accounts, the records you place there. We disclose information when the law requires it, or to a processor working on our instructions. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies

Essential storage under thevacationing_cookie_v1 remembers Accept all, Essential only, or Settings. Analytics and advertising stay off until you opt in. The cookie policy has the table. If a Google tag is present, the banner updates consent mode.

6. California requests

Thevacationing is published in Los Angeles County, California. Email [email protected] to access, delete, or correct personal information, or to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for a CCPA request. You may use an authorized agent if you provide written permission we can verify. We will not ask you to waive these rights as a condition of a plan.

7. GDPR, where it applies

If you contact us from the EEA or UK, the form is processed to take steps toward a contract, and security logs rest on legitimate interest. You may request access, correction, erasure, or restriction, and you may lodge a complaint with your authority. Write [email protected].

8. Retention

We keep a form thread while it is open and for a short archive after, then delete it. Account content in a paid plan stays until you delete it or the plan ends, plus the period invoices and disputes require. The cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers through these forms. The order form collects a phone number so the desk can confirm a plan.

10. Children

Thevacationing is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor submitted a form, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. International processing

We process information in the United States. A form sent from outside the US is handled here.

12. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes. The version on the site after that date is the current one.
